Grand Casino Arena is located at 199 West Kellogg Boulevard in the heart of downtown Saint Paul. The arena is near many bars, restaurants and hotels along West 7th Street, with easy access from Interstates 94 and 35E.

Using the Skyway
Grand Casino Arena is connected to downtown Saint Paul’s award-winning skyway system, offering convenient access through more than five miles of enclosed, climate-controlled walkways. View the interactive skyway map here for route information.
There are several parking ramps and lots near Grand Casino Arena, but the most convenient parking options for our guests are the RiverCentre Parking Ramp and Kellogg Parking Ramp, both of which are directly connected to the arena complex.
The RiverCentre Parking Ramp features license plate reader technology, helping guests get in and out of the ramp quickly without the need for a physical parking ticket. Payment is easy and can be made through the parking app, by scanning a QR code posted in the ramp, or at a pay station. Learn more here.
This underground ramp is located on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard West between North Washington Street and 7th Street West; underneath Saint Paul RiverCentre and close to Grand Casino Arena and the Ordway Center for the Performing Arts. There is a 7' height clearance for vehicles.
The RiverCentre Parking Ramp is equipped with eight electric car charging stations on the top level of the ramp. They are available on a first come, first served basis for paid parkers. Charging fee is $3 for eight hours of charging.
We are proud to offer a multitude of bike parking for riders at a variety of locations around our facility. Our bike racks are made of recycled content and are yet another step in our goal to reduce our carbon footprint and create a setting that encourages sustainable choices. Gate 4 at the northeast corner of Grand Casino Arena on 5th Street is the official pick-up and drop-off location for ride share services.
