Recognized as a 2025 GOAL Sustainability Contender, Grand Casino Arena earned 26 medals at the 2025 annual GOAL Medal Awards in Las Vegas. This achievement, with its sustainability impact validated by GOAL, underscores the venue’s leadership in sustainability and its comprehensive approach to environmental, social, and governance impact.
Our campus has also earned LEED Gold for Building Operations and Maintenance and Gold Certification by the Event Industry Council (EIC) Sustainable Event Standards (SES). We are proudly the only complex in the world to receive these three indepndent certifications.
What started with waste reduction and recycling has grown into a comprehensive program covering energy efficiency, renewable energy, green purchasing, sustainable transportation and multiple third-party certifications.
We recognize that sustainability also includes important social factors such as equity, health and education. To align with these priorities, we have adopted the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals to guide our efforts. These 17 goals reflect a comprehensive approach to sustainability for both people and the planet.
