Where are my tickets?

Will construction impact my route?

Yes. Current construction surrounding the Arena may present challenges for your arrival. We encourage guests to plan extra time for traffic and parking before their event. Check here for scheduled updates.

What is your bag policy?

If you must bring a bag into the Arena, purses can be no larger than 12” x 12” x 6” and are allowed at designated X-ray entry points with exceptions for medical and parenting bags subject to X-ray screening. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4” x 6” x 1.5” or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection. See our Visitor's Guide for prohibited items.

Where should I park?

There are several parking ramps near the Arena, but the most convenient options are the RiverCentre Parking Ramp and Kellogg Parking Ramp, both of which are directly connected to the Arena complex. Learn more about parking here.
